WeSpark LLC provides Amazon PPC management services on a monthly retainer basis. Our services include campaign optimization, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting.

2. Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our work. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Service performance does not meet the agreed-upon objectives within the first 60 days
• We fail to deliver the services outlined in your service agreement
• Technical issues on our end prevent proper service delivery
• You cancel within the first 30 days and we have not yet implemented agreed-upon strategies

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
3. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

4. Refund Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

• Refunds are not available for Amazon ad spend – only for our management fees
• Services completed more than 90 days ago are not eligible for refund
• Custom strategy work that has been delivered cannot be refunded
• Performance-based results may vary due to market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control

5. Service Modifications

Instead of a refund, we may offer to modify our services or provide additional support to address your concerns. We encourage clients to communicate any issues early so we can work together to achieve your goals.

While we strive for excellent results, Amazon PPC performance depends on various factors including:

• Product competitiveness and market demand
• Listing quality and conversion rates
• Inventory availability and pricing strategies
• Amazon algorithm changes and platform updates
• Seasonal trends and market fluctuations

Results vary by client and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel our services at any time with 30 days written notice. Services will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current month’s services unless eligible under the terms above.
