Amazon seller reporting platform

WeSpark Seller Dashboard

Your Amazon sales, advertising, inventory, listings and account health, all in one place.

WeSpark Seller Dashboard is an Amazon seller reporting platform built and operated by WeSpark LLC. It connects to your Seller Central and Amazon Advertising accounts through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and brings together data that is normally split across Seller Central, the Advertising Console and manual spreadsheets into a single dashboard for your brand.

The platform is available to Amazon sellers and brand owners who engage WeSpark. You authorize the connection yourself, you can see exactly which data areas it reads, and you can withdraw that authorization at any time.

What the Amazon seller reporting platform shows

Each area below corresponds to a specific set of Amazon data that the platform reads through SP-API.

Selling Partner Insights

Sales and advertising performance

Consolidated sales, advertising spend, ACoS and ROAS trends for your account, so performance is visible in one place instead of split between Seller Central and the Advertising Console.

Product Listing and Pricing

Listings and price management

A view of your active listings, listing content changes and price updates, including any repricing rules applied to the products you ask us to manage.

Inventory and Order Tracking

Inventory and order tracking

Stock levels, sell-through rate, reorder timing and order trends, with low-stock alerts that flag restock risk before it becomes a stockout.

Selling Partner Insights

Account health and Buy Box

Buy Box ownership, listing suppression and account-health alerts, so problems surface early instead of being discovered after sales drop.

Finance and Accounting

Finance and reimbursements

Settlement and fee summaries reconciled against expected revenue, plus reimbursement tracking that surfaces recoverable funds.

Brand Analytics

Brand analytics

Search term, market basket and repeat purchase insight for brand-registered accounts, used to shape advertising and catalog strategy.

Buyer Solicitation

Review requests

Eligible orders are identified so review requests can be sent through the standard Amazon Request a Review process, within Amazon buyer communication rules.

Who uses it, and how access works

Who uses it

Amazon sellers and brand owners who engage WeSpark for account management or advertising management. Each seller sees only their own account data. There is no cross-account visibility between sellers on the platform.

How access works

You connect your Seller Central and Amazon Advertising accounts by authorizing WeSpark Seller Dashboard through the standard Amazon authorization flow. You can revoke that authorization at any time from Seller Central, and the platform stops reading your data as soon as you do.

Data handling

We access Amazon data only for the services you have engaged us for, and only for as long as needed to provide those services.

For the full detail on what we collect, how long we retain it, who inside WeSpark can access it, and how to revoke access or request deletion, see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

WeSpark Seller Dashboard is priced as part of a WeSpark account-management engagement. There is no separate per-seat licence and no additional platform fee on top of your engagement fee.

Your monthly fee is quoted from three inputs.

  • Monthly Amazon advertising spend
  • Number of Amazon marketplaces connected
  • Catalog size, measured in active ASINs

Because those inputs vary widely between sellers, pricing is quote-based. Complete the form and we will send a written quote for your account, stating the exact monthly fee and what it includes, within one business day.
