A Brand Store is a free, multi-page storefront on Amazon that a brand-registered seller builds in the Stores builder: a home page plus category and product pages made from tiles, images, video and product grids. Shoppers reach it by clicking the brand name under a listing's title, through a Sponsored Brands ad, or through a short URL such as amazon.com/brandname.

Why it matters

A Store is the one place on Amazon where the shopper sees only your products and none of the competitors' ads. That makes it the natural landing page for Sponsored Brands, for outside traffic from social or email, and for any shopper comparing several of your items. Amazon reports Store traffic and sales separately in Stores Insights, and Stores have their own source tags so you can tell which channel sent the visit.

Stores also carry the brand's Posts feed and can be attached to a Brand Story, so they become the hub the rest of the brand content points at.

What moves it

  • Structure. A page per product line, not one long scroll; the goal is three clicks or fewer to any product.
  • Shoppable images. Lifestyle tiles with product tags let visitors add to cart from the scene.
  • Grid hygiene. Out-of-stock or suppressed products left in a grid create dead ends.
  • Mobile layout. The builder previews mobile; most Store traffic is on it.
  • Refresh cadence. A Store with a seasonal hero and current deals gets return visits; one built once and forgotten does not.

How we use it

We build the Store as a landing destination first and a brochure second. Each Sponsored Brands campaign lands on the page that matches its keyword, not on the home page. We check Stores Insights monthly for the pages shoppers leave from, and we schedule a refresh before Prime Day and Q4. The Store is also where our brand-building strategy measures its progress, through returning visitors and new-to-brand orders.
