Refund & cancellation policy

Monthly services

You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to operations@wespark.co. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded; no further invoices are issued after the notice period.

Project and one-off work

If you cancel before work starts, we refund the payment in full within 10 business days. Once work has started, we refund the unused portion after deducting work completed at the agreed rates. Delivered work is not refundable.

Our mistakes

If we fail to deliver what the proposal states, tell us within 14 days and we will either fix it at no cost or refund the affected portion.

Amazon advertising spend

Ad spend is paid by you to Amazon and is not refundable by WeSpark.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
