1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Information you give us (name, email, phone, company, marketplace, budget, messages); technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies); and, for clients, data from your Amazon Seller Central and Advertising accounts that you authorise us to access (campaign, listing, sales and inventory data).

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare your free growth plan, deliver contracted services, report to you, invoice you, improve our service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use client account data for any purpose other than serving that client.

4. Amazon data

Access to Amazon data is granted by you through Amazon's own permission system (Seller Central user permissions, Advertising console access, or Selling Partner API authorisation for unrestricted roles only — we do not request roles that return buyer personal information). We use only the permissions required for the work, retain data only for as long as the engagement and legal record-keeping require, protect it as described in our data security policy, and delete it on request or when access is revoked. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us operate (hosting, email, Google Workspace for storing enquiries, payment processing by Stripe, analytics, and Meta for measuring our ads), under contracts that restrict their use, and with authorities when the law requires. Client data is never shared with other clients or third parties for marketing.

We use essential cookies, analytics cookies and, where you allow them, Meta Pixel advertising cookies. See the cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing operations@wespark.co. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We respond within 30 days.

8. Retention and security

Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted. Client Amazon account data is deleted within 30 days after an engagement ends or access is revoked (immediately on request), unless the law requires longer. Security measures are listed in the data security policy.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
