The audit comes first

Before we change a bid, we audit the account: search-term reports for the last 60 to 90 days, placement performance, budget utilisation, campaign structure and targeting overlap. The output is a scorecard and a list of the three or four changes that will move the number you care about first.

Structure built around your goal

Every parent ASIN gets its own portfolio. Inside it, campaigns are separated by intent and match type so that budgets and bids can be controlled where they matter: exact-match campaigns for the keywords that convert, broad and auto campaigns for discovery, product-targeting campaigns for defence and conquest, and Sponsored Brands and Display where the brand and budget justify them.

The weekly routine

Search terms are harvested and negated weekly. Bids move on evidence, not on a calendar. Placements and day-parting are adjusted where the data supports it. Budgets are rebalanced toward the campaigns that hit target and away from those that do not.

What you receive

A weekly report in plain language: what changed, why, and what it moved. A monthly review of strategy against the target. A quarterly business review for larger accounts. Every number links to a report you can open.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Do you use PPC software or manage campaigns by hand?

Both. Bid rules and harvesting run in software so nothing is missed; strategy, structure and every decision that changes the goal are made by your named PPC manager.

How long before advertising results show?

Wasted spend usually drops within the first two to four weeks. Rank and TACoS improvements are a 60 to 90 day story, because organic rank follows sustained sales velocity.
