What Dallas brands sell on Amazon

Dallas–Fort Worth is a headquarters and distribution region as much as a consumer-brand region. The Amazon sellers we speak with there are often established companies rather than start-ups: home and kitchen manufacturers, automotive and truck accessories, sporting goods and hunting gear, beauty and haircare, apparel, and a good number of wholesale and private-label operations with warehouses along I-35 and I-20. Many have sold on amazon.com for years, sometimes through a distributor or a former agency, and arrive with a large catalog and a history they cannot fully explain.

That profile changes the work. The first job is usually an audit of an account with hundreds of ASINs, dozens of campaigns built by different people at different times, and profit that is thinner than the revenue suggests. We look for the margin leak, whether that is advertising, FBA fees on products that have crept into a larger size tier, returns, promotions or aged inventory, and we make a clear call per ASIN on what to scale, maintain, fix or retire. Sales growth on a catalog that loses money per unit is not growth.

The second job is often Buy Box and catalog control. Companies with wholesale channels frequently find their own products listed by resellers who undercut them on their own ASINs. That is handled through Brand Registry and, where the stock is genuine, upstream in distribution, not by cutting price.

Working with us from Dallas

Dallas and Houston share a time zone, so calls, reports and monitoring all run in your working day. Weekly reports arrive on a fixed day; the monthly strategy call and the quarterly review are booked around your team. For a large catalog we set up the profit model early, with your cost of goods and FBA fees per SKU, so every advertising decision is made on margin rather than on revenue.

If a face-to-face kick-off helps, Houston is under four hours by car or under an hour by air, and we are glad to travel for a quarterly review. Day to day, everything runs through your own Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts with us as named users.
