In short: WeSpark's office is in Houston, three hours east of San Antonio on I-10. We work with San Antonio sellers remotely, in the same time zone, and we do not have a San Antonio office. Every engagement starts with an audit and a written plan and price.

What San Antonio sellers bring to Amazon

San Antonio's Amazon sellers are a practical mix: food and beverage brands built on the region's Tex-Mex and barbecue traditions, salsa, spices, rubs, coffee and specialty snacks; military and veteran-founded businesses selling tactical, outdoor and fitness gear to a national audience; health and wellness brands connected to the city's large medical sector; and family-run manufacturers in home goods, leather and western wear who have added Amazon to a retail or wholesale business.

Many are smaller accounts than the ones in Dallas or Austin, and that changes the advice. A brand spending under a thousand dollars a month on ads should not be running Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and a Store refresh at once. It should be running a small number of exact-match campaigns on the keywords that have proven they convert, a discovery campaign with tight negatives, and a listing that converts above the category norm so every click is worth more. We scale the plan to the budget rather than selling the same package to every account.

Food and consumable brands also get a specific piece of advice: Subscribe & Save. A salsa or coffee with a natural repurchase cycle gains more from a subscriber base than from another advertising campaign, and subscription orders lower TACoS without a click.

Food sellers should also expect Amazon's grocery rules to shape the listing. Expiration-dated products need shelf-life remaining when they reach FBA, meltable items are restricted from FBA in the summer months, and the ingredient, allergen and nutrition fields are required attributes, not optional ones. Missing any of them is a common reason a food listing is suppressed, and we check them before the first advertising dollar is spent.

Working with us from San Antonio

We are on Central Time, so reports, calls and monitoring fit your working day without any offset. The weekly report is written in plain language, with every change logged and every number linked to the Amazon report it came from, so you can check it in ten minutes. The monthly call is with the strategist who runs your account, not an account manager passing messages.

For a kick-off in person, Houston is a straightforward drive and we are happy to make it. Otherwise everything runs over video and through your own Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts, where we work as named users so your data stays yours.
