In short: WeSpark's team is in Houston, about two and a half hours down Highway 290 from Austin. We work with Austin brands remotely, on Central Time, with the same audit-first process and weekly reporting we use for every account. We do not have an Austin office, and we will not pretend to.
What Austin brands bring to Amazon
Austin's consumer brands tend to come from two places: a founder-led product with a strong story, and a venture-backed company that grew on its own website and is now adding Amazon as a channel. Better-for-you food and drink, supplements and fitness, outdoor and cycling gear, pet products, skincare and tech accessories are all well represented, and a large share of them started as direct-to-consumer brands before they listed on amazon.com.
That history shapes the problems we see. A brand that learned marketing on Meta and Google often arrives with strong photography and a clear voice but a listing that is not indexed for the terms shoppers actually type, an A+ page that reads like a website landing page, and Sponsored Products campaigns structured the way a paid-social account is structured, with everything in one campaign. The fix is rarely more spend. It is usually a keyword map, a campaign structure with one purpose per campaign, and a gallery rebuilt for the search page rather than for Instagram.
Launches are the other common brief. Austin brands ship new products often, and a launch on Amazon has its own rules: reviews first through Vine, a high ACoS on purpose for a defined period, and exit criteria for each stage before the next dollar goes in.
Working with a Houston team from Austin
Everything runs on Central Time, so there is no scheduling gap. The weekly report arrives on the same day each week, the monthly strategy call is booked in your working hours, and the alerts for stock, suppressions and budget are watched during the hours your customers shop. If it helps to meet in person for the kick-off or a quarterly review, Houston is a morning's drive, and we will come to you or host you at our office.
Access is set up through your own Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts, with us added as named users, so the account and its history stay with the brand. That matters for a company that may raise money or sell later: the assets, the reports and the campaign history are yours.
